Artifact Name: MythBusters
Date: September 2015
Course: EDUC224 Scientific Inquiry
Description: For this assignment, I was required to watch an episode of MythBusters and identify the different scientific concepts that came up throughout the episode. I had to relate all of the information back to the process of scientific inquiry. Finally, I came up with questions and possible adjustments that could have been made.
Rationale: To document my understanding of INTASC Standard #1: Learning Development, I chose to include my MythBusters assignment from Scientific Inquiry. I believe this assignment shows my use of strengths as a basis for growth, as this assignment was essentially a trial run for the midterm and final. I think this also shows responsibility for promoting my personal learning growth and development.
